By the time a client reaches out to my firm, they’re more than ready for their building to have a facelift. Hands down….THE #1 question asked by our clients is “what should our design project cost?” What I tell my clients is they must be clear about the project scope and the level of finish, furniture and materials they are willing to pay for.

If you own a coop / condo in New York City, you may have been in this situation. At your recent board meeting, a majority of the owners complained (again) that your lobby is not functional and looks so atrocious that it’s actually hurting the value of everyone’s most valuable asset – their apartments!

Pets have always been a big part of my life. My Mom was as crazy about animals (and bugs) as I was! When I was born we had Speckles, a large dog that was half Dalmatian and half… who knows what!
